This Privacy Policy governs the data practices of the IQ Connect (“Extension”).
1.Scope & Purpose
The Extension operates exclusively as a workflow companion for authorized users of gstiq.prosperoiq.com to access the official GST Portal (services.gst.gov.in).
2.Data Handled (Data Minimization)
Temporary Session Cookies: Injects temporary session tokens received from authenticated GSTIQ sessions into *.gst.gov.in. - Display Metadata: Reads display headers (GSTIN, Trade Name) solely to display active login status in the extension popup.
3.Exclusions (What We Never Collect)
Zero Password Retention: We do NOT store, log, or harvest GST portal login passwords. - Zero Return Scraping: The Extension does NOT intercept, read, or export tax return tables, invoices, or banking details. - Zero Location/Browsing Tracking: We do NOT collect GPS/location data or track browsing history across other sites. - No Third-Party Ads: Contains zero tracking beacons or analytical trackers.
4.Data Residency & CERT-In Compliance
All GSTIQ cloud services and storage operate exclusively within secure data center infrastructure in India. - Audit logging complies with CERT-In directives and GSTN frameworks, configured strictly to avoid logging authentication secrets.
5.Multi-Tenant Session Isolation
The Extension systematically sweeps and clears all prior portal cookies before injecting a new client's session, preventing cross-account data bleeding.
6.Limited Use Certification (Google Compliance)
We do NOT sell user data, do NOT use data for unrelated purposes, and do NOT use data for credit/lending scoring.
